We know and understand that life is everywhere and that life is energy.

The next question is: what directs that energy? Intelligence!

Okay now how do we communicate Intelligence? Not by showing our body the Bachelor’s degree we received.

    Our body will not respond as others do to that beautiful framed paper, but our body does respond to our thinking and it also hears us when we speak! What if we began to talk to the life energy in every part of our bodies to get it to do exactly what we want?

    Is it your stomach that is upset? What if you told your stomach that is was full of strong energy and digested all kinds of wonderful tasting foods? If your lungs have misdirected energy, talk to your lungs and tell them to pull in the best air possible, to grow and heal with each and every breath.

Tell your body not to respond to ideas of disease placed there by yourself, others or neglect. That within you moves the perfect energy of God.

Health is who you are and who you were created to be.

   Forgive yourself of any wrongful thoughts with regards to you or others. Center, do not waste precious energy in gossip, worry, and anger. Become a beacon of light with your thoughts and how you send forth love to your body. Form affirmations to help you think and speak the best seeds and you will sow the fruits of health and balance.

This truth is law and once you discover the power of energy use it, for it is a gift freely given by the Creator to all his Creation.

    Affirmations for health:

Of course, you should re-write the affirmations so that they are perfect for you and your body to respond to.

    I am one with perfect health and harmony moving through my body now.

    The Universe is perfect and so is the house upon which the Universe has given to me as a gift of life.

    My Body responds to the Perfect Body of God, for this I give thanks and so it is.

    My legs are lite and lively as I move throughout the day following the mission set out before me.

    My thoughts lead me only to health and happiness, as I love all aspects of who I am - I am answered by my body in wonderful ways.

    The Light of Christ now floods my consciousness dissolving all acid thoughts. I love everyone and everyone loves me. I give thanks for my radiant health and happiness.

    The Light of the Creator now streams through my body dissolving all hardness or malformations created by wrongful thinking of the past, I begin anew with this sunrise and bless the day and bless my body to respond.

    I am nourished by the Spirit within, every cell in my body is filled with light. I give thanks for radiant health and endless happiness. Thank you God.

    I recognize that I am a Spiritual being- my body is perfect made in his likeness and image. For this I give thanks and so it is.

    I claim health, wealth and happiness, for this is who I am.
